1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions (“Conditions”):

  • “Event” refers to the Mini Ravers event for which a ticket has been purchased.

  • “Promoter”, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to Mini Ravers and any associated event promoters.

  • “You”, “your” refers to the ticket holder and/or attending customer.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket and attending the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

TICKETS & ENTRY

3. Ticket Validity

  • Tickets are valid for the Event only and not for any specific performer or attraction.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to alter the event programme, timings, or attractions without prior notice.

4. Ticket Responsibility

  • Tickets are personal, revocable licences and remain the property of the Promoter.

  • Please check your tickets upon receipt. Errors may not always be rectified.

  • Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced.

  • Tickets purchased from unofficial sources may be invalid.

5. Ticket Use

  • Tickets may be printed or scanned via mobile device.

  • Tickets may not be used for commercial or promotional purposes without written consent.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances, including changes to line-up or running order.

  • No refunds will be issued for unused tickets or failure to attend.

  • In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, the Promoter is not liable for additional costs incurred.

AGE POLICY & SUPERVISION

7. Children & Guardians

  • Mini Ravers is a family-friendly event.

  • All children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

  • Adult-to-child ratios may apply and vary by venue.

8. ID Requirements

  • Valid photo ID may be required where applicable.

  • Entry may be refused if age requirements cannot be verified.

SAFETY & SECURITY

9. Searches

  • Bag and personal searches are a condition of entry.

  • Prohibited items will be confiscated.

10. Prohibited Items

Items not permitted include (but are not limited to):

  • Alcohol, illegal substances, glass items, sharp objects

  • Fireworks, flares, smoke canisters

  • Laser pens, sound-making devices

  • Large umbrellas, camping equipment

  • Animals (except registered assistance dogs)

11. Behaviour

  • The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone behaving unsafely or inappropriately.

  • Instructions from event staff must be followed at all times.

  • No re-entry once you leave the Event site.

FOOD, DRINK & MEDICAL NEEDS

12. Food & Drink

  • Food and drink are available to purchase on-site.

  • Outside food and drink is not permitted unless required for medical or dietary needs.

  • Allowance of such items is at the discretion of security.

  • Please contact contact@miniravers.com in advance for special requirements.

EVENT ENVIRONMENT

13. Sound & Lighting

  • Amplified music will be used.

  • Strobe lighting and smoke effects may be present.

  • Ear defenders are recommended for younger children.

14. Photography & Filming

  • Photography and filming may take place for promotional and security purposes.

  • By attending, you consent to being included in any recordings.

LIABILITY

15. Personal Property & Injury

  • Attendance is at your own risk.

  • The Promoter accepts no liability for loss, damage, or injury, except where required by law.

16. Limitation of Liability

  • Liability shall not exceed the face value of the ticket purchased.

GENERAL

17. Venue Conditions

  • Indoor venue rules apply.

  • Dress appropriately for weather conditions.

  • Smoking is prohibited in enclosed areas.

18. Amendments

  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

19. Governing Law

  • These Conditions are governed by English law.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
